Coup de coeur francophone
You walk past a magical little bar on a cold November evening and you decide to walk in. Right way it hits you: the muffled ambiance, the lively audience, the vibrating drums and bass, but above all, the French lyrics of a song that will stay with you forever. That’s CCF.

About the Coup de coeur francophone
Coup de cœur francophone (CCF) is a festival committed to the promotion of French-language music. The event was born in Montreal in 1987 in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district, and where its heart still beats! In 1992, CCF moved on to meet the Canadian Francophonie and since then, it has been held every fall coast to coast in over 45 cities. The Montreal edition, flagship of the initiative presented in November, runs for 11 days in a dozen venues. The program features local and international artists, echoing the diverse expressions of French-language music while offering a large place to emerging talents. Being a professional crossroads, the festival also offers a Volet-pro in which it hosts a delegation of international music experts.
